If your facility produces 1000 liter sludge per hour with a sludge concentration of 5% dry substance, you could save over 5 million NOK by dewatering the sludge to 25% dry substance. In this example, it is set up for transport by truck (NOK 8000 per car) to landfill, with landfill costs of NOK 1000 per m3. On top of this, we spare the environment of 16 tons CO2 per year.
